01 What OBJXN AI Is

OBJXN AI is an AI-assisted sales positioning and strategic closing application. It supports sales professionals during customer interactions by providing real-time positioning guidance, strategic closing support, and mastery mentorship.

How it works: Speech recognition runs on your device using on-device processing. Brief text is sent to our strategic response hub to generate a strategic response. That is the complete data exchange. OBJXN AI does not store session audio and does not write session audio to external storage automatically.

Two-Party Consent System: Before each session, the Application plays a brief disclosure message requesting verbal consent from the other party. If consent is given, a short audio clip of the "yes" or "no" response and related metadata is securely stored as a consent record. If consent is declined, the session is blocked and a text-only denial record is logged.

Speech processing does not activate until consent is captured and you confirm the disclosure screen. You may end any session at any time.

02 Information We Hold

Account Information

Your name and email address are held by our authentication provider. Subscription status is held by our payment provider. OBJXN AI LLC does not store your password or payment card information.

Product Setup Information

You may enter product details — such as company name, product name, competitive advantages, and pricing — to personalize your sessions. This information is stored locally on your device.

Session Results

At the end of a session, you may choose to save session results locally. Saving is optional and user-initiated. Session results remain on your device only.

Usage Statistics

Session duration and session score are stored locally on your device.

Verification Records — All-Party Consent

Each session generates a verification record stored securely in OBJXN AI LLC's cloud database. These records confirm that the consent process was completed and include:

Session identifiers
Timestamps
IP address
Timezone
User agent
Consent outcome
Short audio clip of the consent response (when applicable)

If consent is declined, only a text-based denial record is stored.

03 Third-Party Services

AI Service Provider

Brief text is sent to our strategic response hub to generate responses. The exchange involves text only.

Infrastructure Security Provider

API requests are routed through our security provider. Standard request metadata may be processed under their privacy policy.

Authentication Provider

User accounts are managed by our authentication provider under their privacy policy.

Payment Provider

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. OBJXN AI LLC does not handle or store payment card information.

04 Your Responsibilities

Laws regarding consent, recording, and AI disclosure vary by jurisdiction. OBJXN AI's consent capture system is designed to assist with compliance, but you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with applicable laws. You may delete all locally stored data at any time using the Clear History or Clear Product Data options in the app settings, or by clearing browser site data.

Stored by OBJXN AI LLC

Verification records generated by the consent capture system are stored securely in our cloud database for compliance purposes. These include metadata and, when applicable, a short audio clip of the consent response. To request deletion of your verification records, contact support@objxn.com.

Stored by Third Parties

Account information is held by our authentication provider. Subscription and billing information is held by our payment provider. OBJXN AI LLC does not store these directly.

OBJXN AI LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — for any user, in any location.

07 Security

OBJXN AI uses encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all API communication. Account credentials are encrypted by our authentication provider. Session data stored on your device is protected by your device's security settings.

We recommend avoiding use of OBJXN AI on shared or public devices for sensitive conversations.

08 Children's Privacy

OBJXN AI is intended for professional use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe such information has been collected, contact support@objxn.com.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date above and provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of OBJXN AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
